1. What newwws.today is

newwws.today is an automated aggregator of headlines from public RSS feeds of third-party news outlets worldwide. We do not write, own, or republish full articles — every headline links to a short summary hosted here, with a clear link back to the original publisher for the full story. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or opinions expressed in third-party content; each publisher is solely responsible for its own reporting.

2. The email newsletter

If you subscribe, you choose which categories and/or places you want headlines about, and how often you want to hear from us (from twice a day to once a week, or weekends only). We only send headlines matching what you picked, at the frequency you picked — nothing else.

We only send an email when there is genuinely new content matching your interests since your last email. If nothing new was published, we simply skip that round rather than sending an empty message.

3. Data we collect and why

To operate the newsletter we collect and store: your email address, the categories and/or places you selected, your chosen frequency, and the language of the site you subscribed from. We process this data based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you check the box and submit the subscription form. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with any third party, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

4. How long we keep your data

We keep your subscription data for as long as your subscription is active. If you unsubscribe, your record is deleted, not just deactivated. We may keep an anonymized log of unsubscribe events for a short period, solely for abuse-prevention purposes.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR and equivalent laws, you have the right to: access the data we hold about you; correct it if inaccurate; request its erasure; restrict or object to its processing; receive a copy in a portable format; and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. 6. Unsubscribing

Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you immediately — no login, no confirmation e-mail, no questions asked. You can also update your preferences at any time by subscribing again with the same email address — your new choices replace the old ones.

7. Accuracy of aggregated content

newwws.today aggregates headlines and short summaries automatically from third-party sources; we do not fact-check, edit, or endorse this content. We make no warranty as to its accuracy, timeliness, or completeness. Any opinion expressed in an aggregated headline or summary belongs to the original publisher, not to newwws.today.

8. Liability and our right to change the service

The site and newsletter are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, newwws.today is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the site, the newsletter, or reliance on any aggregated content. We reserve the right to change, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or the newsletter — including available categories, places, frequencies, or the service itself — at any time, without prior notice.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change affects how we process your personal data, we will seek fresh consent where required by law; for all other changes, continuing to use newwws.today or its newsletter after the update means you accept the revised terms.
